β Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
- You received the wrong size, color, or variant.
- You changed your mind within the allowed time frame.
π Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canβt offer a refund or exchange.
π¦ Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- Product should be in resalable condition.
Items not eligible for return:
- Hygiene-related items like personal grooming tools, undergarments, etc.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page.
π How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at contact@shopywibes.in within 60 days of receiving the item.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged/incorrect).
- Our team will review and approve your return request within 24β48 hours.
- Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available), or share a return shipping address.
πΈ Refund Process
Refunds are initiated within 7β8 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be credited to:
- Prepaid orders: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer. We’ll ask for your details.
Note: Refund time may vary based on your payment provider or bank processing times.
π Exchange Policy
Prefer to exchange instead of return? No problem!
You can exchange for the same item in a different size, color, or a different product (of equal value).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
- Items returned without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.
- Refunds will not be issued if a reverse pickup fails repeatedly due to customer unavailability.
