At ShopyWibes.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return and refund process simple, fair, and hassle-free.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • You received the wrong size, color, or variant.
  • You changed your mind within the allowed time frame.

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


📦 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • Product should be in resalable condition.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Hygiene-related items like personal grooming tools, undergarments, etc.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable on the product page.

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@shopywibes.in within 60 days of receiving the item.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach a photo of the item (if damaged/incorrect).
  3. Our team will review and approve your return request within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available), or share a return shipping address.

💸 Refund Process

Refunds are initiated within 7–8 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Prepaid orders: Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank Transfer. We’ll ask for your details.

Note: Refund time may vary based on your payment provider or bank processing times.


🔄 Exchange Policy

Prefer to exchange instead of return? No problem!
You can exchange for the same item in a different size, color, or a different product (of equal value).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


📌 Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
  • Items returned without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.
  • Refunds will not be issued if a reverse pickup fails repeatedly due to customer unavailability.
